Students Learn How to Make a Silver Ring

On Monday 28th November, I conducted a ring-making workshop with students at Gonzaga Secondary School, Ranelagh. Over the course of a five-hour workshop, the students learned how to measure their ring size, saw and file their silver, solder the join on their ring, and then got to texture their pieces using different tools.
The students all got to make their own rings, which they brought home at the end of the workshop.
